Matka silk is spun from shorter fibres by hand, which is why it has that faint grain and dry glow. Pure-wash finishing softens it without taking the character away.
Each piece carries the Silk Mark tag — independent certification that the silk is pure, not blended.
The floral sprays are woven, not printed or embroidered, each with a gold zari stem. The pallu closes with broad matka zari bands and a knotted fringe.
